Officers arrived at Egbert Quilter Street, where they found a black 24-inch male-frame beach cruiser bicycle, but no bullet shells were recovered at the scene.

The victim, identified as 39-year-old construction worker Lenny Benguche, was transported to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) with two gunshot wounds.
