Belize opens honorary consulate in Mexico's Chetumal

By Belize Live News Staff: Belize inaugurated an honorary consulate in Chetumal, Quintana Roo, Mexico on Friday, aiming to strengthen diplomatic ties and provide consular services to Belizeans in the region.

Belize’s Foreign Minister Francis Fonseca attended the opening ceremony, highlighting the importance of the consulate in fostering economic, cultural, and social relations between Belize and Quintana Roo.

The consulate will offer essential services such as emergency assistance to Belizean nationals in Mexico.
