Caribbean Chicken expands to Santa Elena with grand opening this Friday

By Belize Live News Staff: Caribbean Chicken Ltd. is spreading its wings with the grand opening of its newest store in Santa Elena this Friday, August 23rd. The company is inviting customers and friends from San Ignacio, Santa Elena, and neighboring communities to celebrate this exciting expansion.

The grand opening ceremony will kick off at 9:30 a.m., with remarks from esteemed guests including the Mayor of San Ignacio and Santa Elena, Earl Trapp, and the Minister of State in the Ministry of Agriculture and Area Representative for Cayo Central, Alex Balona. The keynote address will be delivered by Caribbean Chicken’s CEO, George Cornelson.

Following the ceremony, the ribbon will be cut at the new store, conveniently situated near the Police Booth on the George Price Highway in Red Creek. The store will offer a one-stop shop for all Caribbean Chicken products, catering to both retail and wholesale customers.

This new location marks another milestone in Caribbean Chicken’s growth, adding to its chain of stores across the country. The company, which started as a poultry processing plant in Blue Creek in 1988, has consistently invested in expansion and modernization. Today, it employs over 400 workers, contributing significantly to the local economy.

“Caribbean Chicken – your efforts go beyond providing jobs; you are helping to build a unified community,” shared a young intern from Muffles College High School who recently completed her internship at the company’s processing plant.

With its commitment to providing high-quality, healthy poultry products at affordable prices, Caribbean Chicken is poised to delight even more customers in the Cayo area with its signature taste.
