Armed men rob Caribbean Chicken outlet in Orange Walk, flee with $500

By Belize Live News Staff: A deliveryman was robbed at gunpoint on Partridge Street in the Martins area of Belize City earlier today. Police are searching for two Creole-descent males who fled the scene on a black Lifan motorcycle.

According to authorities, the suspects made off with $2000 in cash, a black Samsung A13 cellphone, and the victim’s vehicle key. One suspect was described as wearing a white and black Hollister shirt with a red helmet face cover, while the other wore a faded black shirt. Both were wearing blue jeans.

Police are urging all mobile units in the Martins area to be on the lookout for the suspects, who were last seen heading towards Riverside Street. Anyone with information about this crime is asked to contact the nearest police station or call 911.
