By Belize Live News Staff: Police in San Pedro Town are investigating the death of an American national who fell from the fifth floor of the Watermark Hotel earlier today.
The man, who was renting a condominium unit at the property, was discovered dead shortly after the fall. Emergency responders arrived at the scene, but the man had already succumbed to his injuries.
Officials have launched a full investigation and are reviewing surveillance footage to determine whether the fall was accidental, a suicide, or the result of foul play.
