By Belize Live News Staff: A stretch of calm and warm weather continues in Belize, with mostly sunny conditions during the day and clear skies at night. While isolated showers may develop over southern areas this morning, they will quickly diminish, leading to a dry and pleasant day for most parts of the country.
For those heading out to sea, winds from the east-southeast at 10-20 knots will bring a light chop early in the day, with moderate seas developing later. Wave heights will range from 2-4 feet initially, increasing to 4-6 feet as conditions change.
Temperatures will remain warm, with highs of 91°F (32°C) inland, 86°F (30°C) along the coast, and 76°F (25°C) in the hills. Overnight temperatures will cool slightly, with lows of 72°F (22°C) inland, 78°F (26°C) on the coast, and 67°F (19°C) in the hills.
Looking into the weekend forecast, Saturday and Saturday night will remain mostly dry, with only isolated showers possible.
Tide watchers should note that high tide occurred at 5:32 AM, with low tide at 9:08 AM, another high tide at 3:55 PM, and low tide expected at 12:19 AM on Saturday. The sun will rise at 6:06 AM and set at 6:00 PM, while the moon will rise at 12:15 PM and set at 2:05 AM on Saturday.
