By Belize Live News Staff: Ramon “Monchi” Cervantes has a new ministry to manage.
The Orange Walk North Area Representative has been appointed Minister of Public Utilities and Solid Waste Management, one of several changes coming out of this week’s Cabinet meeting in Belmopan.
The ministry covers services that touch the daily lives of Belizeans, from utilities to the management of waste across the country.
Cervantes’ appointment is part of a broader reshuffle as Prime Minister John Briceño adjusts the makeup of his Cabinet.
