But it is more than translation. The role also involves delivering top quality customer service and keeping accurate client records in CRM systems.
To qualify, applicants need C1 proficiency in English and Spanish, a high school diploma or equivalent, and comfort using CRM software and softphone tools. Experience in customer service or interpretation is a plus.
The successful candidate will also need to complete client training and pass the ISA test.
