By Belize Live News Staff: A mother of three from August Pine Ridge Village says she fears her former partner will one day kill her.
The 28 year old employee of Three Star Ltd reported to Orange Walk police that her ex common law husband showed up at her home on Saturday morning and walked in without permission while her children were inside.
According to her report, he refused to leave, threatened to kill her, cursed at her and grabbed her by both arms, pulling her in an attempt to take her phone.
She told police he becomes abusive when under the influence and frequently threatens her. She said she had previously asked police to speak with him, and that he was charged for a similar incident in the past.
The woman has requested court action. Police have recorded her statement.
