By Belize Live News Staff: A call for help has gone out for Nurse Rosaria Aranda, a Belizean healthcare worker who is facing a serious heart condition and needs assistance with the cost of her medical care.
A public fundraising appeal says Aranda is battling dilated cardiomyopathy, with an ejection fraction of just 18 percent.
Her doctors have recommended a pacemaker to help regulate her heart and improve its function and her overall quality of life. She will also require ongoing medication to manage her condition.
Now, after dedicating herself to caring for others as a nurse, Aranda is hoping Belizeans will come together to help her through her own difficult medical journey.
Contributions will assist with the cost of the pacemaker, medications and related medical expenses.
Anyone wishing to help can send financial support directly to Rosaria Aranda, Atlantic Bank account number 211964702.
The appeal reminds the public that every contribution matters.
Those who cannot donate are encouraged to share Aranda’s story and keep her in their prayers as she continues her fight for better health.
