Regular gasoline falls to $13.65 per gallon

By Belize Live News Staff: Belizean motorists will be paying significantly less at the pump starting midnight as the price of regular gasoline drops by $1.18 per gallon.

The latest fuel adjustment brings the price of regular gasoline in Belize City down to $13.65 per gallon, offering much-needed relief for drivers, businesses, and families already dealing with the rising cost of living.

The reduction comes at a time when transportation costs continue to impact nearly every sector of the economy. Lower fuel prices could provide some relief for commuters, delivery services, farmers, taxi operators, and small businesses that depend heavily on transportation.

While Belizeans are welcoming the reduction, many are hoping fuel prices continue trending downward in the months ahead. Fuel costs often affect the prices of groceries, construction materials, and other goods transported throughout the country.

The new prices take effect on June 13 and will vary slightly across the country due to transportation costs.

For now, motorists can look forward to spending less every time they fill up.
