By Belize Live News Staff: The weekend is off to a promising start as weather forecasters predict another day of mostly sunny and stable conditions across Belize.
The latest forecast issued by meteorologist Tareek Matthews indicates that fair weather will continue throughout Friday, with only isolated showers and thunderstorms expected nationwide.
Tonight’s forecast calls for partly cloudy skies and generally dry conditions, although the extreme south may see a few more showers develop overnight.
Temperatures are expected to remain hot, especially inland where highs could reach 94 degrees Fahrenheit. Coastal residents can expect highs near 89 degrees, while cooler temperatures will prevail in the hills.
The outlook for Saturday and Saturday night remains largely unchanged, with similar weather conditions expected to continue throughout the country.
With no tropical cyclone formation anticipated in the region and relatively calm weather expected to persist, Belizeans can enjoy a sunny start to the weekend.
