Driver caught with expired insurance in Orange Walk

By Belize Live News Staff: A traffic stop in Orange Walk Town on Thursday night resulted in police uncovering an uninsured vehicle on the road.

At approximately 8:00 p.m., officers on patrol along Caracol Street observed a vehicle travelling without a rear license plate.

Police stopped the vehicle and conducted checks, which revealed that the insurance had expired.

The driver was informed of the offence of operating a motor vehicle without third-party risk insurance.
