Police find suspected cocaine during patrol in Orange Walk

By Belize Live News Staff: Police in Orange Walk Town made a drug discovery during a routine patrol on Thursday afternoon.

At around 3:00 p.m., officers conducting mobile patrol on Staines Alley stopped a man and carried out a search.

During the search, officers found a small transparent zip-lock bag containing a white powdery substance suspected to be cocaine, weighing approximately 0.41 grams.

The man was informed of the offence and cautioned.

The suspected drugs were sealed and processed as evidence.
