By Belize Live News Staff: Belizeans can expect continued cool and breezy conditions as a cold front maintains its influence over the country, with similar weather expected through Saturday and Saturday night.
According to the morning forecast, cloud cover will vary, but rainfall remains unlikely as the cold front slowly weakens. Despite the limited rain, the cooler air and steady northerly winds will keep temperatures on the lower side, especially overnight.
Hilly communities will once again feel the coldest conditions, with nighttime lows near 52°F, while inland and coastal areas remain cool and comfortable.
At sea, mariners are being urged to remain alert as gusty winds and rough seas persist. The small craft caution remains in place due to hazardous conditions beyond the reef.
For now, Belizeans may want to keep the sweaters handy as the chilly trend continues.
