Pump attendant, 28, and driver, 34, both in trouble over traffic offenses

By Belize Live News Staff: Police have issued Defendant Summonses for two residents of Guinea Grass Village, Orange Walk District, in connection with separate traffic offences.

According to reports, police on Tuesday, November 11, served a summons to Roynell Santiago Perez, 34, a Belizean driver. He is charged with the offenses of “driving a motor vehicle without due care and attention” and “negligent harm.”

On the same day, a separate summons was served to Vanessa L. Chin, 28, a pump attendant from the same village, for the offense of “using an unlicensed motor vehicle.”

Both Perez and Chin are scheduled to appear at the Orange Walk Magistrate Court on Friday, November 21.
