By Belize Live News Staff: As part of ongoing actions in the Budna matter, Police Officer Barrington Flowers has been placed on interdiction effective September 7, 2025. The decision was made after information surfaced in the preliminary investigative report submitted to the Prime Minister.
Acting Commissioner Bart Jones has tasked Deputy Commissioner Suzette Anderson with completing the investigation and providing a full report by the end of this month. Officials say the move is necessary to ensure transparency and accountability within the Police Department as the inquiry continues.
