It is a job that combines language skills with customer care. Along with interpreting, the successful candidate will support clients with professional service and keep accurate records in CRM systems.
What you need:
C1 level English and Spanish.
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service or interpretation experience, preferred.
Comfort with CRM software and softphone tools.
The ability to complete client training and pass the ISA test.
