Belize edged Sint Maarten 1 to 0 on Saturday to open its Concacaf Nations League Group F campaign with a win.
The Football Federation of Belize celebrated the result, congratulating the team on securing its first victory of the tournament.
It is an important start, with just four matchdays in the group stage and every point counting.
The Jaguars will look to build on the momentum when they take on Saint Vincent and the Grenadines on Tuesday night at 8:00pm. Their third group match is against French Guiana on Saturday, October 3, at 8:00pm.
Belizeans are encouraged to keep cheering on the Jaguars as the campaign continues.
