By Belize Live News Staff: A Sunday afternoon police patrol in Bella Vista Village ended with a 23-year-old man facing a possession of pipe charge.
Police say officers noticed the man behaving suspiciously around 5:20pm and decided to conduct a search.
During that search, officers allegedly found a dark silver cylindrical metal object measuring about two inches long.
Police suspected the item was used for smoking drugs.
The man was informed of the alleged offence and taken to the Bella Vista Police Station.
He was subsequently detained in connection with possession of a pipe.
