By Belize Live News Staff: The coast is climbing today.
The National Meteorological Service is forecasting 91 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 96 inland and 84 in the hills, with mainly fair and very warm conditions across the country.
Most areas stay sunny with only isolated showers, though inland areas could see an isolated thunderstorm develop this afternoon.
Tonight turns partly cloudy, with the south getting cloudier as a few showers and isolated thunderstorms may develop late, especially over the Toledo District.
Water conditions stay reasonable with winds at 5 to 15 knots and waves of 2 to 4 feet.
Sunday looks much the same, fair and warm with only isolated activity.
No tropical cyclone formation is expected over the region during the next 48 hours, which is good news heading deeper into September.
If you are out at any celebrations this weekend, keep water close.
What are your plans this Saturday?
