Six months of sales experience. That is the requirement.
That opens the door to a lot of people who might not think of themselves as candidates. Anyone who has worked a shop counter, sold over the phone, or handled customers directly has the foundation the company is looking for.
The role is on site in Belmopan, which suits people already based in the capital or nearby communities like Roaring Creek, Camalote and Belmopan’s growing surrounding areas.
BPO work has become one of the more reliable entry points into steady employment in Belize, and sales roles in particular tend to reward performance rather than credentials.
