By Belize Live News Staff: Bilingual Belizeans looking for remote work have a new option on the table.
Belize Accounting and Financial Services is hiring a full time interpreter to handle Spanish to English interpretation during live calls. The role also covers customer service and entering client data into CRM systems.
The company is asking for C1 proficiency in both English and Spanish, which is a high bar, along with a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service or interpretation is preferred but not required.
Applicants also need to be comfortable with CRM software and softphone tools, and must pass client training and the ISA test after being hired.
The position is fully work from home, though candidates must supply their own equipment.
On top of pay, the company is offering an allowance and a monthly bonus.
