By Belize Live News Staff: A fresh opportunity has opened up in the capital. The Office Gurus is hiring a Temporary HR Associate for its Belmopan site, and the company says the role comes with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.
This is a people-first position. The associate will own the onboarding experience for every new hire, acting as the main point of contact from the moment a candidate accepts a job offer until they are fully settled in. That means guiding new employees through their first steps, answering their questions and making sure nobody falls through the cracks.
On the administrative side, the job covers preparing, collecting and verifying employment contracts and pre-employment documents, coordinating with hiring managers and departments to keep onboarding on schedule, maintaining accurate employee records, and updating HR systems in line with company policies and labor regulations. Tracking onboarding progress and pitching in on HR projects rounds out the role.
