By Belize Live News Staff: Belize’s recent stretch of pleasant weather is expected to continue through the end of the workweek, according to the latest forecast from the National Meteorological Service.
Forecaster Catherine Cumberbatch says a stable weather pattern remains in place, bringing mostly sunny skies, warm temperatures and only limited rainfall across the country.
Today’s forecast calls for sunshine mixed with a few cloudy intervals, while tonight is expected to be partly cloudy with only isolated showers or thunderstorms. Southern districts may experience slightly higher chances of rainfall late tonight and into the early hours of Friday.
The forecast for Friday and Friday night remains largely unchanged, with similar weather conditions expected nationwide.
Temperatures will remain elevated, especially across inland communities where the mercury is forecast to climb to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Coastal residents can expect highs around 89 degrees while hill areas remain noticeably cooler.
With no tropical cyclone formation expected in the region and relatively stable conditions prevailing, Belizeans can enjoy another calm and sunny day before heading into the weekend.
