By Belize Live News Staff: A routine police patrol in Orange Walk Town resulted in the arrest and charging of a motorcyclist for several traffic violations.
Police say the individual was stopped on Stadium Street after officers noticed suspicious activity. During the stop, the rider admitted to not having a valid driver’s license.
Officers also discovered that the motorcycle lacked both a valid license and third-party insurance coverage. The rider was immediately detained.
Police later formally charged the individual for driving without a license, operating an unlicensed vehicle, and using a motor vehicle without insurance.
