Trial Farm man John Hilberto Moralez charged for riding uninsured and unlicensed motorcycle

Charged

By Belize Live News Staff: John Hilberto Moralez, 28, a laborer of Tilapia Street, Trial Farm Village, Orange Walk District, has been charged with multiple traffic offences following a police patrol on Sunday, February 15th, 2026.

At approximately 11:00 a.m., police conducting mobile patrol along Guadalupe Street intercepted a black Lifan 150cc motorcycle bearing license plate MC-5334 with two male occupants.

Moralez, who was the driver, was unable to produce a valid driver’s license. Further checks revealed that the motorcycle was neither licensed nor insured.

He was informed of the offences, cautioned, and escorted along with the motorcycle to the Trial Farm Police Sub-Station.

Moralez has since been formally arrested and charged for driving a motor vehicle not covered by third-party risk insurance, driving without a valid Belize driver’s license, and using an unlicensed motor vehicle.
