Mild and mostly dry conditions continue to prevail across the country, according to the latest morning forecast issued at 6:00 a.m.
For today, skies will be sunny with occasional cloudy spells, while tonight will be partly cloudy. Any showers that develop are expected to be light and isolated, with most areas remaining dry.
Marine conditions will be favorable, with east to northeast winds blowing at five to ten knots. Seas will experience a light chop, and wave heights will range between two and four feet.
Temperatures along the coast will reach highs near eighty-two degrees Fahrenheit, with overnight lows around seventy-two. Inland areas will be warmer, peaking near eighty-five degrees during the day and cooling to about sixty-six at night. In the hills, cooler temperatures will persist, with highs around seventy-two and lows near sixty-two.
The outlook for Saturday and Saturday night calls for the continuation of mainly fair weather conditions.
