By Belize Live News Staff: Relatively moist conditions continue to affect Belize, bringing cloudy spells and showers across most areas today.
According to the National Meteorological Service, today will be sunny with cloudy intervals, while conditions will be cloudy at times tonight. A few showers are expected to affect most areas this morning, along with the chance of an isolated thunderstorm.
Showers are expected to decrease slightly during the afternoon hours but will redevelop mainly along the coast tonight. Daytime temperatures are forecast to reach 84°F (29°C) along the coast, 87°F (31°C) inland, and 75°F (24°C in hilly areas.
Marine conditions will be choppy, with easterly to northeasterly winds blowing at 10 to 15 knots and waves ranging between three to five feet.
Cloudy conditions with a few showers are expected to continue into Monday, with increased shower activity along some coastal areas Monday night.
