By Belize Live News Staff: Relatively moist and somewhat unstable atmospheric conditions are prevailing across Belize, supporting unsettled weather through today and tonight.
The 24-hour forecast calls for sunny skies with cloudy spells during the day and partly cloudy to cloudy conditions tonight. A few showers, periods of rain, and isolated thunderstorms will continue mainly across northern, central, and coastal areas, while isolated showers are expected elsewhere across the country.
Temperatures will remain warm nationwide. Coastal areas can expect daytime highs near 84 degrees Fahrenheit or 29 degrees Celsius, with nighttime lows around 75 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 degrees Celsius. Inland areas will see warmer daytime temperatures near 87 degrees Fahrenheit or 31 degrees Celsius, cooling to around 70 degrees Fahrenheit or 21 degrees Celsius overnight. Cooler conditions are expected in the hilly areas, where highs will reach near 75 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 degrees Celsius and lows will fall to around 65 degrees Fahrenheit or 18 degrees Celsius.
Looking ahead, similar weather conditions are forecast to prevail through Sunday and Sunday night.
