By Belize Live News Staff: Belizeans can expect a mix of sunshine, clouds, and scattered showers today as moisture remains present across the region.
The National Meteorological Service reports that skies will be mostly sunny with cloudy spells, while showers and isolated thunderstorms are expected to develop mainly during the afternoon hours, beginning along the coast and spreading inland. Cloudy conditions will persist into the night with continued chances of light showers, particularly over coastal and southern areas.
At sea, conditions will remain favorable for most activities, with easterly winds of 5 to 15 knots, light chop, and waves ranging from two to four feet.
Looking ahead to Saturday and Saturday night, weather conditions are expected to remain unsettled at times, with cloudy spells and a few showers or isolated thunderstorms, mainly affecting coastal regions.
