Western Feed Service targeted in early morning burglary

By Belize Live News Staff: Police in the Orange Walk District are investigating a burglary at Western Feed Service, located along the Belize–Corozal Road in Orange Walk Town.

According to police, the incident was reported on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at approximately 8:37 a.m. The complainant, a 29-year-old Belizean manager of Carmelita Village, stated that the business was broken into during the early morning hours of Friday, December 12, 2025, around 4:04 a.m.

Police said entry was gained by breaking a small glass window located at the left rear area of the building. Stolen from the premises were $285 in cash and a black Samsung Galaxy S8 cellphone valued at $600, bringing the total value of items stolen to $885.

Police processed the scene, recorded a statement from the complainant, and obtained video surveillance footage, which is being reviewed as part of the investigation.
