In its message, Belize praised Dominica’s strong leadership in promoting regional integration and achieving full freedom of movement—a landmark step for CARICOM unity and collaboration.
The Government of Belize also expressed appreciation for Dominica’s efforts to strengthen ties among Caribbean nations, describing the achievement as “a historic milestone for regional progress.”
As Dominica marks nearly five decades of independence, Belize wished its Caribbean neighbor continued success, peace, and prosperity, reaffirming its commitment to regional cooperation and friendship.
