Images of the Munnings Funeral Services owner in handcuffs boarding a prison van have been making the rounds online. Reports say the case is tied to unpaid taxes owed to the Belize Tax Service Department.
Back in June, Munnings’ company was named on the defaulters list for $183,209.91. He defended his position then, arguing that most of his business expenses are outsourced and that the arrears figure was unfair.
