By Belize Live New Staff: Police have formally charged 51-year-old Bernard Talbert, a Belizean businessman of a Belize District address, with the crime of murder.
The charge stems from the shooting death of Stephen Henry Jorgenson which occurred on Friday, September 5. Following an investigation, authorities moved forward with an arrest and laid the charge of murder against Talbert.
