Ministry, ORINCO and Central Bank discuss investment in transport modernization

By Belize Live News Staff: The Ministry of Constitution and Religious Affairs, Indigenous Affairs, and Transportation, led by Dr. Louis Zabaneh and CEO Mr. Chester Williams, hosted a roundtable discussion with the Organization of Insurance Companies of Belize Ltd. (ORINCO) and the Central Bank of Belize at the Best Western Belize Biltmore Plaza.

The meeting focused on public-private investment opportunities to support Belize’s national transport modernization initiative. The Ministry emphasized the importance of local investment in building a more modern and inclusive transport system.

ORINCO voiced its support and pledged to continue discussions. The Ministry reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable development through collaborative partnerships in the transportation sector.
