By Belize Live News Staff: With summer just around the corner, Belize is already feeling the heat.
Saturday’s forecast calls for mostly sunny skies and little to no rainfall across the country, with conditions expected to stay dry through Sunday. The inland regions will be especially hot, reaching highs of 96°F, while coastal areas will remain slightly cooler but still warm.
Forecaster Tareek Matthews says fair and stable conditions will dominate the weekend, supported by gentle to moderate east-southeast winds. While cloud cover may pop up briefly, there are no indications of showers or storms on the horizon.
Marine users can expect moderate sea conditions and steady winds, making it a manageable day for sailing, diving, and other water activities.
As always, residents and visitors are reminded to stay hydrated and limit prolonged sun exposure, especially during peak heat hours.
