By Belize Live News Staff: Gun violence erupted on Cemetery Road, Belize City early Friday morning, resulting in one fatality and two individuals wounded. The incident occurred around 12:15 a.m., when reports of gunfire near Atlantic Bank sent police to the scene.
Upon arrival, officials discovered a white vehicle crashed into a fence, with its driver, Floyd McFadzen, motionless inside. He had suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead. Two other men, Deon Gladden and Troy Gentle, were found wounded and transported to KHMH for medical treatment.
Police recovered several spent shells and are currently reviewing security footage from the surrounding area to determine what led to the attack. As of now, no arrests have been made.
The investigation remains ongoing, and officials urge the public to assist with any information that could help bring those responsible to justice.
