Driver stung twice by scorpion, hits motorcyclist in Belmopan accident

By Belize Live News Staff: An unusual accident on Libertad Avenue in Belmopan left a motorcyclist injured after a female driver lost control of her vehicle due to multiple scorpion stings.

According to reports, the woman was driving when she was stung twice—once on her leg and again on her arm. The sudden pain and panic caused her to swerve, leading to a collision with a motorcyclist, who sustained leg injuries.

Authorities arrived at the scene to provide assistance, and both individuals were evaluated for injuries. Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
