By Belize Live News Staff: Assistant Commissioner of Police Hilberto Romero reported that the victims, identified as Glen Suazo and the young child, were transported to the hospital for medical care. “Both sustained injuries, received treatment, and have since been discharged,” Romero confirmed.
Authorities revealed that the gunfire struck the victims’ residence, with multiple bullets penetrating the structure.
The police investigation is ongoing, and no arrests have been made. The motive behind the attack remains unclear.
