By Belize Live News Staff: Good morning, Belize! It’s a beautiful day in the Jewel, with plenty of sunshine peeking through some occasional clouds. While a few isolated showers or thunderstorms might pop up today, most areas will stay dry. Temperatures are warming up nicely, with the coast reaching a high of 88°F and inland areas hitting 91°F. Perfect weather for enjoying all that Belize has to offer!
Out in the Atlantic, Tropical Storm Leslie is churning away but poses no threat to Belize. She’s currently located far to the west-southwest of the Azores and is tracking northward. We’ll keep an eye on her, but for now, it’s smooth sailing in our waters.
Speaking of sailing, mariners can expect light chop and waves of 2-4 feet today, with north-northwesterly winds blowing at 5-15 knots. If you’re heading to the beach, low tides are expected at 11:28 AM and 10:08 PM, with a high tide at 6:08 PM.
Looking ahead to the weekend, we expect more of the same delightful weather – sunny spells with a slight chance of showers. So, get out there and enjoy paradise, Belize!
