UDP leaders rally in Orange Walk, bolstering unity ahead of general elections

By Belize Live News Staff: The United Democratic Party (UDP) commenced Belize’s national September celebrations with a display of unity in Orange Walk South. Party Leader Shyne Barrow led a strategic gathering of most UDP Standard Bearers at a ranch in the area, hosted by UDP Orange Walk South standard bearer German Tillett and his wife.

The event was marked by camaraderie and a shared resolve among the party’s leadership, as they prepared for the upcoming general elections. Despite the absence of representatives from some constituencies due to prior engagements, the overall support for the party’s mission was palpable.

Barrow, expressing gratitude for the warm hospitality and the communal atmosphere, underscored the importance of such gatherings in strengthening the party’s internal cohesion.

As the general elections approach, the UDP continues to emphasize solidarity and readiness across all constituencies, positioning themselves as a united front in their bid for electoral victory.
