National Digital Agenda empowers marginalized communities

By Belize Live News Staff: The Cabinet has welcomed progress on the National Digital Agenda 2022-2025, which focuses on facilitating access to information and communication technologies for marginalized communities.

Funded by the ICDF and the UNDP, this program addresses barriers that prevent communities from fully participating in the digital age. Initiatives include training for seniors to improve their digital literacy and enable them to safely navigate the internet and utilize e-services.

The program represents a significant step towards bridging the digital divide and ensuring that all Belizeans can benefit from the opportunities offered by technology.
