Belize Weather: Warm temperatures and mostly sunny skies continue

Fair and warm weather continues across Belize as Hurricane Melissa poses no threat

By Belize Live News Staff: Get ready for another day of glorious sunshine in Belize, as the national weather service predicts mostly clear skies and warm temperatures across the country. While a few passing clouds may offer brief respite from the sun’s rays, overall, it’s expected to be a bright and sunny day.

There is a slight chance of isolated showers or thunderstorms, mainly in the southern regions, but these are not expected to disrupt outdoor activities or dampen spirits. So slather on that sunscreen and get out there to enjoy all that Belize has to offer!

Temperatures are expected to climb into the high 80s along the coast, reaching the low 90s inland. The hills will be a bit cooler, with temperatures hovering in the low 80s.

For those venturing out to sea, moderate conditions are expected, with winds blowing from the east to northeast. Waves are predicted to reach a height of 4 to 6 feet.

The good news is that the tropics remain quiet, with no tropical cyclone formation expected in the next 48 hours.

So whether you’re planning a day at the beach, exploring ancient Maya ruins, or simply relaxing in your backyard, rest assured that Mother Nature has got your back today with plenty of sunshine and only a minimal chance of rain.
