By Belize Live News Staff: San Ignacio Police recovered a sheep earlier this week after a video circulated online showing a taxi driver and two individuals stealing the animal in Santa Elena, Cayo District.
The police tracked down the culprits and found the sheep in the back of the taxi. The sheep was returned to its owner today.
The incident has caused amusement in the community, with the taxi driver and accomplices facing charges related to the theft.
