Belize Forecast: Sun, clouds, and scattered showers expected

By Belize Live News Staff: The National Meteorological Service of Belize has issued a forecast for today predicting a mix of sun and clouds with a chance of isolated showers and thunderstorms.

Residents and visitors can expect relatively moist and unstable conditions throughout the day. While sunshine will dominate, a few cloudy spells will intermittently appear, potentially bringing isolated rain showers, particularly inland during the afternoon and along the coast later in the night.

Temperatures are expected to range from a warm 89°F (32°C) on the coast to a hot 95°F (35°C) inland. The hilly regions will enjoy slightly milder temperatures between 81°F (27°C) and 68°F (20°C).

Marine conditions will remain relatively calm, with light chop and waves reaching 2-4 feet. Winds will be light and variable, shifting to an easterly direction at 5-15 knots.

The forecast for Sunday and Sunday night indicates similar weather patterns, with continued sunshine and the potential for isolated showers.

The National Meteorological Service advises the public to stay updated on weather reports and take necessary precautions if thunderstorms develop.
