Belize ‘All Clear’ declared as hurricane watch lifted

Prime Minister John Briceño announced today that Belize is no longer under a Hurricane Watch and the 'All Clear' has been declared.

By Belize Live News Staff: Prime Minister John Briceño announced today that Belize is no longer under a Hurricane Watch and the ‘All Clear’ has been declared. Residents are advised that it is now safe to resume normal activities.

The Prime Minister and the government of Belize expressed their gratitude to all emergency responders, volunteers, and the community for their cooperation and support during the period of heightened alert.

The public is encouraged to remain vigilant and continue to stay informed with updates from the National Emergency Management Organization (NEMO) and the Meteorological Service.
