Fire ravages Carmelita home, leaving mother and four children homeless

By Belize News Staff: A fire ripped through a family home in Carmelita last night, leaving a mother and her four children homeless. The blaze, which reportedly started late in the evening, quickly engulfed the structure, destroying all of the family’s belongings.

Emergency responders rushed to the scene but were unable to save the house. Thankfully, there were no reported injuries. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.

This devastating incident has left the family in dire need of assistance. Community members have already begun rallying for support, offering temporary shelter, clothing, and other essential items.
