Initial reports indicate significant damage to infrastructure and private property in some territories. With the storm still raging through the Windward Islands, the region braces for high winds, storm surges, and heavy rainfall.
Chairman Ali urges all citizens and the private sector to collaborate closely with their respective governments and regional emergency response mechanisms to provide immediate support and relief to those affected by the hurricane. The Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) is already actively mobilizing and coordinating assistance and disaster relief efforts.
